Terms of Service
Last updated October 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Confluence Digital Services, LLC (doing business as GrazerOne) ("we," "us," or "our"), including the GrazerOne web application available at https://grazerone.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
GrazerOne is a web-based farm management platform for small livestock operations. It helps farmers track animals, health records, breeding, milk production, grazing activities, and financials. The Service is intended for personal use and internal business use by agricultural operations. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Free Trial
After the free beta ends on May 1, 2027, new accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start a trial. When your trial ends, your account enters a one-week read-only grace period — you can still view your data but cannot add or change records. After the grace period, access is suspended until you choose a subscription plan and provide payment. Your data is retained throughout the read-only and suspension periods and is fully available again as soon as you subscribe.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
After your free trial, access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, at your election. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed in US dollars by our payment processor, Stripe. You can review Stripe's privacy practices at https://stripe.com/privacy. Founding-farm pricing is offered only to farms that create an account before May 1, 2027 and reserve a subscription by that date (we may extend that deadline at our discretion): $99 for the first year (or $10 a month for the first twelve months), then $150 a year (or $15 a month) through May 1, 2030, after which standard pricing applies with at least 90 days' notice of any change. That price stays in effect only while the subscription remains continuously active; switching between monthly and annual billing does not end it.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you have paid for. We do not offer refunds on subscription payments already made, except as required by applicable law.
6. Your Data
You own the data you enter into GrazerOne. We process it solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Upon account deletion, your data is removed from our active systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means
8. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Links do not imply endorsement.
9. No Professional Advice
GrazerOne is a record-keeping and management tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes veterinary, legal, financial, or agricultural advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting animal health or your operation.
10. Recordkeeping and Regulatory Compliance
GrazerOne is a tool that helps you keep your own records. It is not a system of record for regulatory compliance, and using it does not by itself satisfy any legal obligation you have.
You remain solely responsible for meeting the recordkeeping, identification, movement, reporting, withdrawal and inspection requirements that apply to your operation — including, without limitation, USDA APHIS scrapie flock records and official identification, state animal-health and premises-registration rules, dairy and food-safety rules, and anything a buyer, inspector, auditor or veterinarian asks of you. Those requirements are yours, they change, and they differ by state and by species.
We do not warrant that records kept in the Service are complete, accurate, retained for any particular period, or acceptable to any regulator or inspector. Keep your own copies of anything you are legally required to keep. The Service provides CSV and PDF export for exactly this purpose, and you should use it on a schedule that suits your obligations rather than relying on us to hold the only copy.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
12. Your Responsibility for Your Own Decisions
You decide how to run your operation. The Service offers information and suggestions; acting on them, ignoring them, or selling an animal or a product is your decision and your responsibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Confluence Digital Services, LLC from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party and arising out of: your use of the Service; any decision you make about an animal, a pasture, a treatment or a withdrawal period; any sale, transfer or representation you make to a buyer; your failure to meet an obligation described in Section 10; or your breach of these Terms.
This does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CONFLUENCE DIGITAL SERVICES, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) FIVE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($500). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@grazerone.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Clackamas County, Oregon, United States, in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. We will pay arbitration fees if they are deemed excessive. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to a jury trial. This arbitration agreement applies only to claims brought in the United States.
Court litigation. If a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clackamas County, Oregon.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice within the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Keeping and Returning Your Data
While your account is active you can export everything you have entered, at any time, as CSV or PDF. We do not hold your records hostage and we will not start.
If your subscription lapses or you cancel, your data stays readable and exportable for at least ninety (90) days. After that we may delete it. If we ever discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you at least ninety (90) days' notice and keep export available for that whole period. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, and we will.
None of this replaces your own copies. See Section 10 — if a record is one you are legally required to keep, keep it yourself.
18. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by something outside our reasonable control, including power or network failure, hosting or third-party service outages, natural disaster, fire, flood, labour action, epidemic, or government action. We will restore service as soon as we reasonably can.
19. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account through the settings page.
